Provides computing and computing related support for users in the WSU Libraries.
An on-site helpdesk is located inside the Extended Study Center on the 1st floor of the Undergraduate Library. Assistance for common computing problems is available during open hours. If someone is not currently at the desk, they are likely assisting someone else. Look for the burgundy vests.
The helpdesk can help with issues such as:
- Formatting MS Word documents
- Printing
- Saving files to a flash drive, burning to CD, etc.
- Reporting computer problems
- Obtaining a CAT's ID
- And others...
Questions regarding AccessID, Pipeline, WSU email, and many more can be answered by the C&IT Helpdesk.

In order to connect, know:
- your WSU AccessID
- WSU email/pipeline/blackboard password

The staff at the Library Computing Support Center in the 24-hour area of the UGL can also help walk you through setting up remote access, however, you must know your Access ID and password in order for this to actually work from home.
